By accessing or using the Aroma Attendance mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

1. Use of Service

Aroma Attendance is provided solely for the purpose of employee attendance management for authorized staff of Aroma Company. You agree to use this application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with your employment agreement.

2. Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

3. Device Binding

To ensure integrity, your account may be bound to a specific mobile device. Attempting to bypass this security measure or logging in from unauthorized devices is a violation of these terms.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Aroma Attendance, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
