1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using FunMahjong, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use FunMahjong.

3. Virtual Currency

• Soft Coins (SC): Free in-game currency with no real-world value.
• Hard Coins (HC): Premium currency purchased with real money.
• All virtual currency purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.
• Virtual currency has no cash value and cannot be transferred to other users or redeemed for real money.

4. In-App Purchases

• Season Pass and Hard Coin packs are one-time purchases (not subscriptions).
• All purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refund policies are governed by Apple/Google terms.

5. Tournament Rules

• Tournament entry requires Hard Coins or an active Season Pass.
• Tournament results are final.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not: cheat, hack, use bots, share accounts, or attempt to exploit bugs. Violations may result in account suspension.

7. Limitation of Liability

FunMahjong is provided "as is". We are not liable for any loss of virtual items due to technical issues.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance.
